Strategic Integrity Alignment Audit (SIAA) Kit
This toolkit is the foundational diagnostic of the Logos Ethica framework. It is a strategic MRI for your organization, designed to provide your leadership team with a clear, data-driven picture of the coherence between your stated purpose and values and their actual integration into your core business strategy and governance. Use this tool to move beyond anecdotal evidence and create a shared, objective understanding of your greatest strengths and most critical 'coherence gaps.'
How to Use This Kit
This audit is best conducted as a facilitated leadership team workshop.
1. Individual Preparation (30 mins): Have each member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) complete the questionnaire individually before the meeting. This ensures honest, unfiltered initial responses.
2. Facilitated Discussion (1.5 - 2 hours): In the workshop, review the questions as a group. Discuss the areas with the widest divergence in scores. The goal is not to get the "right" score, but to understand different perspectives and identify key areas of misalignment.
3. Synthesize & Plan: Use the discussion to complete the "Findings Synthesis Template" and plan your next steps using the "Action-Planning Workshop Agenda."
Part A: The 5-Minute Integrity Health Check (Quick Start)
Before the deep dive, answer these five critical questions as a leadership team. Discuss your answers openly for 15-20 minutes. This will set the stage for the full audit.
1. On a scale of 1 (not at all) to 5 (completely), do our employees believe our stated corporate values are genuinely reflected in the daily decisions made by leadership?
2. Can we name three specific strategic decisions in the last year where our ethical principles or long-term stakeholder impact were a deciding factor?
3. If a major ethical issue were to arise tomorrow, do we have a clear, universally understood process for escalating and managing it?
4. Are our incentive systems (e.g., bonuses, promotions) designed to reward long-term value creation and ethical behavior, or do they inadvertently encourage short-term gains at any cost?
5. When we talk about our company's "performance," does our definition explicitly include our impact on key stakeholders (employees, customers, community), or is it limited to financial metrics?
Part B: The Full SIAA Questionnaire
For each statement, rate your organization on a scale of 1 to 5.
● 1 = Strongly Disagree / Never
● 2 = Disagree / Rarely
● 3 = Neutral / Sometimes
● 4 = Agree / Often
● 5 = Strongly Agree / Always
