Logos Ethica is an ongoing operating system, not a one-time project. To prevent "integrity drift"—the natural tendency for organizations to slowly drift out of alignment under the pressure of leadership changes, market shifts, and short-term demands—we recommend establishing a lightweight "annual rhythm." This creates a virtuous cycle of continuous improvement: Diagnose > Act > Measure > Repeat.
Annually - The Strategic & Cultural Health Check:
